1. General Terms and Eligibility

The 930k platform ("Platform", "we", "930k") provides online betting and casino gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 930k and each user of the platform ("user", "you").

By accessing the 930k website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To open an account on 930k, you must provide accurate and truthful information. The following conditions must be met at the time of account registration:

• Each individual may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of those accounts will be closed.

Any account operated in the name of a minor and all funds deposited into it will be forfeited. If anyone knowingly operates an account on behalf of a minor, that person's account will also be terminated.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawals

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (deposit + bonus).
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement is met.
• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Winnings earned using the bonus are withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is fully met.

5.3 VIP Program

The 930k VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your overall activity, regularity, and participation on the platform. Cashback is calculated each week and paid out according to the set schedule.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The 930k platform offers various gaming options including cricket betting, slot games, fishing games, and live casino. The following rules apply to all gaming activities:

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game. Games must be played in accordance with those rules.
• 930k reserves the right to correct any results or payouts that are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Betting market rules are determined according to the applicable conditions for a specific event or match.
• If a match or event is cancelled, odds may change or bets may be refunded.
• 930k's server logs will be considered the final evidence for verifying gaming results.

7. Security and Account Protection

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in inappropriate behaviour towards other users.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using third-party payment methods or stolen financial information.

9. Limitation of Liability

930k always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, 930k will not bear any liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• Any technical issue caused by a third-party game provider.
• Loss caused by a problem with the user's own device or software.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's negligence or failure to maintain security.
• Service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable causes.

930k's maximum liability will in no event exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

930k reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to pass age verification or provision of false information.
• Extended periods of inactivity.

A user may request closure of their account at any time by contacting 930k support. If a valid balance remains after account closure, it will be returned through the designated process, however any bonus balance will be forfeited.
